How We Work - Verification Before Payment
Most jewelry sites ask you to trust a photo. We show you the stone.
Before you commit to a purchase, you can request a 360° HD video of the exact piece – not a catalog image, the actual stone – magnified up to 40x, walked through live with a gemologist on a video call. You see the cut, the inclusions, the proportions, and the certificate together, in real time. The report number on that certificate is independently checkable at igi.org or sgl-labs.com – not something you have to take on faith from us.

This process exists because we sell internationally. A buyer in Texas or Berlin placing a $1,500 order with a business in Surat has every reason to want more than a product photo and a payment button – so we built the verification step most competitors skip.
If a specific carat, color, or shape isn’t in current stock, it can typically be sourced and verified within 2 hours through Surat’s manufacturing network – meaning the range available to you is larger than what any single factory floor could hold at once.

Whichever lab certifies your piece – IGI or SGL by default – the report documents a unique report number, the stone’s shape, measurements, carat weight, color, clarity, cut grade, and for lab grown diamonds, explicit confirmation of the growth method (CVD or HPHT). The report number is laser-inscribed directly onto the stone’s girdle, so the physical stone and its paperwork are permanently linked – and checkable by anyone, not just us. Alongside lab grown diamonds, Primira offers moissanite as a full product line – not just an alternative. Loose moissanite stones are available for custom-setting buyers and jewellers, and moissanite jewelry (rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets) is a popular choice for buyers who want maximum brilliance per dollar.
Hand-faceted by Surat cutters – not machine-cut generic – our moissanite has a refractive index of 2.69 versus diamond’s 2.42, producing more optical fire, with hand-faceting controlling that fire to avoid the “disco-ball” rainbow effect common in machine-cut stones. Available in both colorless (D-E-F equivalent, VVS clarity) and fancy color, in all shapes on custom order. Like lab grown diamonds, every moissanite piece carries a lifetime warranty.
