1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship:

All serviceable locations across India.

United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), United Arab Emirates (UAE), New Zealand, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Afghanistan, Germany, Mexico, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka.
Shipping availability may change based on regulatory or carrier constraints.
2. Production & Dispatch Timeline
2.1 Made-to-Order Jewelry
Estimated Dispatch Timeline: 15–35 business days
“Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays in India.
This timeline includes:
• Manufacturing
• Finishing
• Internal quality inspection
2.2 Third-Party Certification
- If a customer requests independent third-party certification (including but not limited to IGI or SGL), additional laboratory processing time may be required.
- Certification timelines typically range between 3–10 business days, depending on the respective laboratory.
- Certification bodies operate independently, and their processing timelines are beyond the direct control of Primira Luxury.
- Delays attributable to third-party laboratories shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund once production has commenced.
2.3 Certified Loose Diamonds (In-Stock)
- Certified loose diamonds that are already in inventory are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, subject to payment verification.
2.4 Maximum Production Window
- In rare circumstances involving sourcing complexity, regulatory procedures, or laboratory coordination, the total production and dispatch window may extend up to a maximum of 45 business days.
- Orders completed within this declared maximum window shall not be considered delayed.
- Dispatch timelines are subject to timely completion of balance payment.
- Any delay in balance payment shall proportionately extend dispatch timelines.
3. Shipping Timelines
Delivery timelines begin after dispatch confirmation.
3.1 India
Estimated delivery within India:
Typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
We ship through reputable domestic carriers such as:
• Blue Dart
• Delhivery
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3.2 International Shipping
Delivery timelines are subject to:
• Customs clearance
• Local postal services
• Regulatory inspections
• Regional disruptions
Delays caused by customs or regulatory authorities are beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All applicable taxes, including GST, are included in product pricing where required by law.
5.2 International Orders
For international shipments:

are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are not included in product price or shipping fees.

6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive:

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using provided tracking details.
7. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery due to customer-provided errors
Address changes must be requested before dispatch.
8. Insurance & Shipping Liability
- Shipments arranged by Primira Luxury are insured until delivery confirmation.
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier for investigation and resolution.
- If a customer arranges independent shipping (including return shipments), shipment risk remains with the customer until received and inspected by us.
9. Damaged Shipments
If packaging appears damaged or tampered:
