Lab Grown Diamond Seeds

Step 1

One of the top priorities is to meticulously handpick flawless diamond seeds for diamond-growing laboratories. Our experts pay utmost attention to selecting only the finest quality seeds and then carefully placing them on a metal disk, ensuring their optimal placement for the growth process.

Lab Grown Diamond Growth Chamber

Step 2

Diamond seed crystals are placed in a chamber filled with carbon gas and heated to 900-1200°C. A microwave beam causes carbon to deposit onto the seed crystals, resulting in the growth of high-quality diamonds.

Step 3

During a span of 10 to 12 weeks, a sequence of intricate processes takes place where seeds are exposed to a specific environment comprising of gases, pressure, and temperature. This unique environment leads to the breakdown of carbon atoms which gradually accumulate in the seeds. Over time, the seeds undergo a metamorphosis eventually resulting in the formation of rough diamonds.
